A serious incident happened today in Kosovo, where a person tried to kill his former father-in-law in Dragash.
The incident happened after a dispute about the author's divorce process with his daughter, as the 31-year-old shot and wounded him.
The police spokesman for the Prizren region, Vesel Gashi, said that the suspect was arrested and his weapon was seized.
" The investigation unit of the DRP Prizren regional sector on 26.04.2024 has succeeded in locating and arresting the suspects O. M (year of birth 1993, Kosovar Albanian male), the investigators have succeeded in finding and seizing the suspected weapon that is used in this case. His arrest was made on the suspicion that the same person shot and wounded the victim K. Q (his ex-father-in-law) from Dragashi after a dispute about the divorce process between his daughter and the suspect. The case happened outside the court premises. The victim received medical help at the Dragash Medical Center and after that he was sent to the Regional Hospital in Prizren for medical treatment ," he said.
