The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti and his deputy Besnik Bislimi during a press conference gave details about the Thursday meeting between him and Vucic in Brussels.
Kurti said that Borrell and Vucic planned everything and he was not given any proposal document by the Serbian head of state.
"Serbia brought its proposal and I insisted on seeing that document, my proposal was money, while Serbia's did not give it to me. After insisting at the end of the meeting, he brought me a document and the meeting ended there and warned of what happened an hour ago, I heard Vucic's warnings at Borrell's conference as well.
Such a claim by Lajcak was untrue, the document was submitted before the Ohrid agreement, the failure to submit a proposal for a basic agreement, Lajcak had hidden such a thing. Lajcak and Vucic appear to have agreed to make a plan for the agreement to be implemented in full or if part of the agreement is implemented.
The mediator in the media said that Kurti had not accepted his proposed document and Vucic did, this is an untrue thing. The document that was proposed to me was dated July 19 and was rejected at that meeting, and I don't understand Lajcak's bullshit," Vucic said.
