The streets of Kosovo are covered in blood, 5 dead in a few hours

Five people lost their lives a day ago in Kosovo, as a result of road accidents. It is about three accidents, in Podujevë, Peja and Pristina.

In the first case, the accident happened on the Llapnaselle-Graçanicë road. Two cars were involved in the accident that happened around 16:30. As a result of the accident, two people were injured, while one of them did not manage to withstand the injuries. The death was determined by the medical team at KKUK, the Police announced.

In the second accident, around 20:30 on the road connecting the villages of Sfeqël and Shajkovc in Podujeva, two people lost their lives. Another person was also injured. The death of the victims was confirmed by the medical team at the scene.

The third case happened in the village of Ozdrim in Peja. According to the Police announcement, a car hit two pedestrians to death, while another was injured and is being treated at Peja Hospital. This accident happened around 21:30. The police have also announced that the driver of the car involved in the accident has already been arrested and is at the Police Station in Peja.

The police traffic unit is dealing with the cases, the police said.
