Alban Rashiti, the Kosovo Police officer who was injured during the attack by terrorist groups in the North of Kosovo, has been released from the hospital.
Rashiti was wounded in the arms, but is now in good health. Another of the terrorists was found dead a few minutes ago near the Banjska Monastery, bringing to four the number of those eliminated for the orchestrated attack on the Kosovo Police.
After the terrorist act, about 30 armed people hid in the monastery. The Kosovo Police invited the gunmen to surrender, but they continued to attack the Police. Regarding the terrorist attacks on the Kosovo Police, there have been numerous reactions from the international community.
The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, confirmed in a press conference on Sunday evening that the armed group that attacked the Kosovo police consisted of rebel Serbs from the north of Kosovo, stressing that the case was unjustifiable. Meanwhile, Albin Kurti called the armed attack "a professional formation with the political, financial and logistical support of officials in Belgrade", which attacks Kosovo.
