The Minister of the Interior of Kosovo, Xhelal Sveçla, has exploded in strong accusations against the justice system of Kosovo. He said that the courts release the terrorists who are arrested by the police. He referred you to the case of Dejan Pantic, arrested a year ago. He was released today in exchange for bail.

The police arrest the terrorists, they buy their freedom with the money of the crime
Today we saw that the terrorist Dejan Pantic, who has violated the constitutional order of the Republic of Kosovo and attacked the Police and the facilities of the MEC last year, was eased by the Court. From house arrest, out on bail. Neither the first measure nor the second one have anything to do with justice.
Let's not forget that a significant part of the criminals who operated in the north of our country and who attacked the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo, the Kosovo Police, members of foreign missions and journalists, have been released in this form. We can then assume what activities these people are engaged in again.
Likewise, the acts for which Pantiq and others are accused are not just any acts. They are accused of some of the most serious crimes under our Criminal Code. Thus, these types of measures do not serve our efforts for order and law in our north, nor justice. On the contrary, they can easily be a stimulus for continuation of the old avas. No one can be so negligent and disrespectful towards the relentless, daily, tireless work with many sacrifices of our security bodies such as the Kosovo Police and the Intelligence Agency.
The great work being done in fighting crime in Mitrovica, and beyond, cannot be so easily sabotaged.
