World-famous Albanian singer, Bebe Rexha, was recently honored with the "Female Icon Award 2026" by the EDM Awards, one of the most important awards in dance music.
The artist shared her emotions through a video on Instagram, where she is seen accepting the trophy and thanking fans and the electronic music community for their continued support.
"Wow, thank you EDMAs. This is incredible. 'Female Icon Award 2026'. I want to thank my fans so much for supporting me on this crazy journey. Thank you also to the dance music community for accepting me," she said.
Bebe Rexha emphasized that dance music has played an important role in her life, describing it as a form of escape and therapy.
"Dance music has always been a big part of my life. It has been my escape, my therapy, and it continues to be today," the singer added.
Finally, she invited fans to listen to her newest project, the song New Religion, in collaboration with the band Faithless, which has already been released.
