Lawyer Eni Çobani has commented on a case that has been shared on social media recently, that of singer Violetë Kukaj with her ex-husband's family.
Invited to a television show, Eni Çobani spoke about this topic, where she revealed that during a difficult moment that the singer's ex-husband went through, she took all his wealth.
"I am the legal representative of the Ratkoceri family, I am with my husband and the representative of his mother. The husband's mother and the gentleman in question have left the apartment, they no longer enjoy any property, because in very difficult moments of the passing of a mental illness of the lady's husband, all his property was taken, of course, through fraud, and today that gentleman is fighting precisely to regain this property," she said.
She also said that Kukaj took her ex-husband to the hospital.
"She didn't win anything. The trial she won was a criminal trial, where the lady went and denounced her husband, who was asking her for family reunification. He said: Will we get together? Because he is also under the influence of a serious illness. Not only did she not prove the fact that her husband is sick, but she herself took him to the hospital and issued him a report," said Çobani.
