Bernard Hulme, the former Big Brother resident who declared that he was proud to be gay (no one understood why) has publicly shared a private WhatsApp conversation with Jul Deda, who does not want his children to see such examples on screen.
Although it may seem like homophobia, it is not. Everyone has the right to give their child the education they want. The fact that they do not want homosexuality in their children does not mean that they hate homosexuals.
Since gay people have the right to be attracted to people of the same gender, why don't straight people have the right to think differently?
In response, Bernard uses irony by comparing this type of logic to racism, citing famous black actors Eddie Murphy and Will Smith.
In the last message, Bernard replies to Deda by saying:
"Oh come on Jul Deda, at least you realized how stupid it sounds."
