Renowned Albanian artist Xhensila Myrtezaj celebrates her 33rd birthday today. In an Instagram post, she shared a special moment with her children, as she blew out the candles on her cake.
In addition to the images, the singer also conveyed a strong message, which was interpreted as an indirect reaction to the statements of her ex-husband, Bes Kallaku.
She said that this year has been a period of reflection and strength, emphasizing that a woman is not broken by difficulties or attacks, but becomes stronger through them.
“33 for me is more than a number… it is a symbol of resurrection, of the strength to start again, of light after darkness.
I learned this year that a woman is not broken by the mud they throw at her, she becomes stronger from it.
Today I am blowing out the candles not as someone celebrating another year…
but as someone who survived an entire life in one year. Today I am not just celebrating my birthday… I am celebrating myself who got up, who did not give up and who continues to choose life.
And yet I am here. For myself. For Ajka. For Amen.,” she writes.
For many, the message was interpreted as a 'stake' for Bes Kallaku, Ajka's father. But it seems that the singer is more concerned about the words that came out about her relationship with Ledri Vula. Although, they were not lies and 'mud' but the result of what was seen not only in the scenes where the duo performed.
