Kim Kardashian has confessed to one of her biggest mistakes during a recent interview on the podcast Call Her Daddy. She reflected on a 2010 photoshoot with singer Justin Bieber for Elle Magazine, which now seems like an unusual and inappropriate moment, especially considering the age difference between them.
Bieber was just 16 and Kardashian was 29 when they shot the photoshoot, which featured them flirting and running around on the beach together. She described the moment as something out of the movie 'The Graduate', playing the role of "Mrs. Robinson," while Bieber was young and immature.
On the podcast, Kardashian said: "I don't know how this was approved, I don't know who thought this was normal. There was nothing strange about the shoot, but now that I look back, I think it was probably not appropriate anymore."
However, she stressed that nothing happened during the shoot. "Justin's family was there, and so was Selena Gomez, his girlfriend at the time," she added. "There was nothing strange, but now when I look back, I ask myself who thought that was a good idea?"
Kim also shared a detail from the video for the shoot, where she reveals that she met Bieber at a White House dinner and wanted to set him up with her sister, Kendall Jenner. According to Kim, Bieber joked that "he wouldn't date my sister, he liked me," which was all innocent humor.
Kardashian concluded by emphasizing that now, after many years, she feels that this shoot was a situation that would never happen again, and that it has made her think twice about the decisions she makes.
