An unexpected incident caused moments of panic during the concert of internationally renowned singer Ricky Martin in Montenegro, after a person threw tear gas towards the stage.
According to the artist's spokesperson, Rondine Alcala, the situation was quickly brought under control by security staff and local authorities, who immediately intervened to partially evacuate the area near the stage and provide assistance to those present. She announced that Ricky Martin and members of his team are in good health and are safe after the incident.
Following the incident, the concert was temporarily halted and the audience was evacuated for safety reasons. Later, after authorities confirmed that the situation had normalized, the artist returned to the stage to continue the performance and honor his commitment to his fans.
However, according to the spokeswoman, some staff members had suggested the concert be permanently canceled due to the potential danger. Despite this, it was considered that safety conditions were guaranteed and the event could continue without problems.
Organizers have confirmed that the case is being investigated, while stressing that the safety of participants remains the top priority. Meanwhile, Ricky Martin's European tour is expected to continue as planned, with no changes to future concerts.
