Alvaro Morata scores with a penalty, the opponent leaves the pitch (Video)

Adana Demirspor abandoned the match with Galatasaray by leaving the field before the end of the match. The reason was a penalty converted into a goal by Alvaro Morata in the 12th minute. 

However, the penalty was questionable, as Mertens went down as soon as he saw Semih Guler approaching. A decision that irritated Adana Demirspor, the bottom team in the Turkish Super League standings. 

After they continued to play for a few minutes, Mustafa Alper Avç, coach of Adana Demirspor, decided to pull the team off the field, as a sign of protest against the decision of referee Oguzhan Çakir and that of the VAR, which was led by the Dane Jakob Alexander Sundberg. 

This decision came at the exact moment when Jusuf Barasi suffered an injury and coach Avçi ordered captains Semih Guler and Tajfun Ajdogan to leave the field.
