West Ham United are looking for a new striker in the summer transfer window. According to the Daily Mirror, the Hammers will be offered the chance to sign Chelsea striker Armando Broja in the next transfer window.
The need for a new striker at the London Stadium is evident after Michail Antonio struggled with fitness and Jarrod Bowen was forced to lead the line for them last season.
The 22-year-old played for Fulham on loan for the second half of the season and given his lack of playing time, Fulham are unlikely to sign him.
The Blues are looking to sell surplus players to the club's requirements in order to comply with the Premier League's profit and sustainability rules. Along with several other players, Broja is likely to be shown the exit door at Stamford Bridge.
For the Cottagers, Broja had a difficult season. In 81 minutes of play during his eight Premier League appearances, he scored just one assist.
There appears to be no future for the forward at Chelsea, who are looking to sign a new striker in the summer.
With Nicolas Jackson and Christopher Nkunku already at the club, it is hard to see Broja getting playing time at Stamford Bridge next season.
The young striker has shown moments of brilliance, but after returning from serious injuries, he needs to prove himself at the highest level.

West Ham must look for other options
The Hammers are expected to sign a striker, a defender and a midfielder depending on departures.
Investing in the Chelsea striker would be a risk though, as he has yet to consistently perform at the highest level.
West Ham would be better off looking for a striker in the European market who has proven to be a consistent goalscorer and will most likely cost less than the Chelsea striker.
