Spanish midfielder Dani Olmo believes his team has made better signings than their rivals, Real Madrid, in this summer transfer window.
Barcelona has begun preparations for the new 2025-2026 season at a rapid pace, not only on the pitch, but also in statements.
After a spectacular 7-3 win over FC Seoul in a friendly, Olmo reignited the rivalry with Real Madrid with a comment that is expected to cause debate.
"We have made better transfers than Real Madrid. The team has been strengthened in every department. We are ready for everything ," Olmo told the media.
The Blaugrana have signed English star Marcus Rashford, Swedish talent Roony Bardghji and goalkeeper Joan Garcia this summer, as the objective is clear: dominance in La Liga and success in Europe.
In the rival camp, Real Madrid have not stood idly by. “Los Blancos” have brought in well-known names like Trent Alexander-Arnold and Dean Huijsen, as well as securing the services of promising youngsters Alvaro Carreras and Franco Mastantuono. Fans are eagerly awaiting the first El Clasico of the season to see who has truly won the “derby of the transfer market”.
