The Ethics Commission of the Albanian Football Federation has made public the decisions taken for the football week in the country, which affect both the "Abissnet Superiore" championship and youth football.
The Elbasan club has been punished for the fans' inappropriate behavior during the last match, being fined 1 million new lek (10 million old lek).
Meanwhile, a strong disciplinary measure has also been taken against Besa e Kavaja U-19. The team has been penalized with the same financial fine and, in addition, has lost the match against Pogradec with a score of 0-3.
The Ethics Committee's decisions come within the framework of measures to maintain discipline and the smooth running of football activities in the country.
Decisions of the Disciplinary Committee:
"AF Elbasani, for improper behavior of spectators, throwing objects on the playing field and using offensive chants towards the players of the opposing team, based on articles 17/2/b and 17/2/e of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lek.
FC Besa U-19, for abandoning the valid match of the National Championship of the First Category U-19, against KF Pogradeci U-19, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lek and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
AF Luftetari U-17, for abandoning the valid match of the National Championship of the First Category U-17, against KF Pogradeci U-17, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) Lek and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
In accordance with articles 6/3/h and 32 of the Code of Discipline and Ethics, as well as based on article 27/1 of the Activity Regulation, due to the withdrawal from the development of matches of the U-17 First Category National Championship on more than one occasion, AF Luftëtari U-17 is excluded from football activity for the 2025–2026 season, is demoted to a lower category and is penalized with a deduction of 6 (six) points in the following season.
KF Turbina U-16, for abandoning the valid match of the National Championship of the First Category U-16, against FC Kinostudio U-16, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lek and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
FC Besa U-15 official, Kosta Bruca, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is sentenced to 4 (four) match suspension from activity.
The Atletik Klub U-15 player, Rejan Sadikaj, for violent behavior towards the opposing team's players, based on article 14/1/h of the KDE, is punished with a 3 (three) match suspension from activity.
FC Kinostudio U-15 player, Ensar Balliu, for violent behavior towards players of the opposing team, based on article 14/1/h of the KDE, is sentenced to 3 (three) matches suspension from activity.
FC Kinostudio U-15 player, Mateo Kurti, for violent behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/h of the KDE, is sentenced to 5 (five) matches suspension from all activities organized by the Albanian Football Association.
The official of KF Laçi U-14, Altin Biba, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is sentenced to 4 (four) matches of suspension from activity.
AF L. Millo U-15, for abandoning the valid match of the Second Category, Regional Zone Gjirokastër, against AF DEA U-15, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
KF Përmeti U-11, for abandoning the valid match of the Second Category, Gjirokastër Regional Zone, against AF Flamur Shehu U-11, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
KF Tepelena U-11, for abandoning the valid match of the Second Category, Regional Zone Gjirokastër, against AF Argjiro U-11, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
AF Flamur Shehu U-11, for abandoning the valid match of the Second Category, Regional Zone Gjirokastër, against Tepelena B U-11, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
Don Bosko Academy U-13 official, Erblin Kërnaja, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is sentenced to 4 (four) match suspension from activity.
The official of KF Burreli U-13, Sokol Fagu, for protesting against the decisions of the match officials, based on article 14/1/c of the KDE, is punished with a 2 (two) match suspension from activities.
Acceptance of the request of the FC Albanet U-16 player, Rejan Kurti, to suspend the remaining part of the sentence. The period of conditional suspension, pursuant to Article 34/1 of the KDE, will be 6 (six) months.
Rejection of the request of KF Vllaznia Vagiza, regarding the review of decision no. 44 dated 08.05.2026, also unfounded in the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
An appeal against the decision is allowed within 3 (three) days before the Appeals Committee."
