The Disciplinary Commission has excluded the Vllaznia women's football team from this edition of the Albanian Cup as well as the next one, ending the hegemony of the Shkodran team for several years. The reason was the non-appearance of the Shkodra team in the second match against Gramsci, even though it had won the first match 2-0.
Meanwhile, as far as the disciplinary measures for the elite of Albanian football are concerned, Tefik Osmani's bottle-throwing has resulted in the suspension of the field of the Shijaka team for four games.
Vllaznia and Kukësi have been fined, due to the wrong behavior of the fans. Discipline suspended the Tirana player, Albi Doka, for 3 games, due to inappropriate behavior towards the match officials.
Not even Erzeni escaped peacefully. The latter, in addition to the fine, will play four matches without spectators. The reason has to do with the fact that fans have thrown objects onto the field and violence has been used against opposing team officials.
Decisions of the Disciplinary Committee:
1-KF Vllaznia, for the wrong behavior of the spectators, by throwing things on the field of play in the match against FK Kukësi, based on article 17/2/b of KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL.
2-FK Kukësi, for the wrong behavior of the spectators, by throwing things on the field of play, based on article 17/2/b of KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) ALL.
3-KF Erzeni, for misbehavior of spectators, throwing objects on the sports field and causing violence to opposing team officials, based on articles 6/3/b, 17/1/c, 17/2/b, 17/2/f, 17/2/h and 35 of KDE, is punished with a fine in the amount of 200,000 (two hundred thousand) ALL and the development of 4 (four) matches without spectators
4-The player of KF Tirana, Albi Doka, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with 3 (three) weeks suspension from activities.
5-AF Elbasani, for the wrong behavior of the spectators, by throwing things on the field of play and insulting the opposing fans, based on articles 17/2/b and 17/2/h of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lek. Pursuant to Article 76/1/a of KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 50%.
6-The player of KF Teuta U-17, Samuel Xhafkollari, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with 4 (four) matches suspension from activities. In application of Article 34/1 and 34/3 of the KDE, a partial suspension of the execution of the sentence is imposed after half of it has been paid. The conditional suspension period will be 6 (six) months.
7-KF Vllaznia Femra, for abandoning the valid match of the Cup of Albania, against KF Gramshi Femra, based on articles 16/1 of the KDE and 32/2 of the regulation of the activity, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lek, loses the table match with the result 3-0 and is excluded from the competition for the current season as well as the following one. According to article 76/1/d of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 5%.
8-Rejecting the request of the AF Warrior player, Sousa Santos Jersival, as not based on the Code of Discipline and Ethics. An appeal against the decision is allowed within 3 (three) days before the Appeals Committee.
