Etrit Berisha will remain in Serie A, as the goalkeeper of our national team will become part of Empoli. Italian media reports that an agreement has been reached between Torino and Empoli, as well as with the player himself, who is expected to sign in the next few hours.
Berisha's contract with Torino expires next summer, but the club itself has taken the Albanian goalkeeper out of the plans and for months, he did not train with the first team. The option was to move to Sampdoria in Serie B, but things have changed.
In Empoli, the goalkeeper will also find Ardian Ismajli and Stiven Shpendi, becoming the third Albanian in the team. In the past, Hysaj, Bajrami and Asllani also played for Empoli.
