Albanian striker Armando Broja's adventure at Everton has officially ended. After several months at Goodison Park on loan from Chelsea, the 23-year-old returns to the Londoners after a permanent transfer deal was not finalized due to Chelsea's high financial demands.
Manager David Moyes decided to leave Broja out of the plans for the final Premier League matches, prematurely ending his contribution to the team.
In an official statement, Everton thanked the loaned players: "We would like to thank all of our loaned players for their contribution to the improvements we have achieved on the pitch. They have shown the highest level of commitment and professionalism throughout their time at the club. We wish Jack, Jesper, Orel and Armando all the best in their careers."
Broja, who was expected to make a bigger mark at Everton, will now return to Chelsea, where his future remains uncertain.
