The first four matches valid for the Europa League play-off phase have been completed, with results that favor the visiting teams and leave qualification for the return matches open.
The biggest surprise of the evening came in Istanbul, where Fenerbahçe were defeated 0-3 by Nottingham Forest. The English team opened the scoring in the 21st minute through Murijo, while Igor Jesus doubled the lead in the 43rd.

The Greeks reacted in the second half and narrowed the gap with Jeremejef in the 77th minute, keeping hopes of an upset alive in the return leg.
Genk secured another important away win, defeating Dinamo Zagreb 1-3. The Belgians scored two quick goals with Brian Heijnen in the 15th minute, heading in a corner kick, and El Ouahdi in the 20th minute, following a quick counterattack.
Dinamo narrowed the deficit at the end of the first half with Dion Beljo, but El Ouahdi scored again in extra time, sealing the 1-3 victory and the final score.
Albanian footballer Arbër Hoxha started the match as a starter and stayed on the field for 71 minutes, without managing to score.
The return matches are expected to determine the teams that will secure passage to the next stage of the competition.
