Fisnik Asllani has returned to Bayern Munich's focus for the summer transfer window. According to reports from Spanish media outlet "Fichajes", the Kosovo striker is seen as one of the alternatives being considered by the Bavarian club's management to strengthen their offensive department.
Although it was previously reported that Bayern had withdrawn from the race for his services, recent developments suggest a change in the club's approach. According to the same source, Asllani is considered a suitable profile to be an alternative to Harry Kane, as well as to adapt to the style of play preferred by coach Vincent Kompany.
In this context, sporting director Max Eberl and technical director Christoph Freund are reportedly analyzing concrete options for a possible move during the summer.
However, Hoffenheim is not expected to have an easy time parting ways with the 23-year-old. Asllani has a contract valid until 2029, which gives the German club a favorable negotiating position and does not force them to rush into selling his card.
Born in Berlin, Asllani is part of the Kosovo national team, where together with Vedat Muriqi, he is expected to lead the offensive team in the World Cup qualifying challenges. The first match is scheduled for March 26, in a transfer against Slovakia, starting at 20:45.
