The Albanian Football Federation does not trust Albanian referees for the 'Final 4', it starts negotiations with two referees from Europe to officiate the Super League final

The Albanian Football Federation, FSHF, has decided not to trust local referees to officiate the final matches of the "Final 4" of the Albanian Super League, a decision that has sparked debate in the football community. According to sources close to the FSHF, two well-known referees from Europe are in the running to officiate the grand final of the championship, which will determine the champion of the 2024-2025 season.

For this final, the Albanian Football Federation is in negotiations with Szymon Marciniak and Danny Makkelie, with one of them expected to be the referee of the final.

Just like last season, when it was Englishman Antony Taylor who refereed the final won by Egnatia against Partizan, in a few days the final of this season's "Final 4" is expected to be judged by either a Pole or a Dutchman.
