For hours, Barcelona fans had occupied the streets leading to the "Lluís Companys" stadium, where the Champions League match between their team and PSG is being played. They wanted to create as fiery an atmosphere as possible before the match, lighting fireworks to give a spectacular sight.
In this way, they also received the buses of the two teams that arrived at the stadium, but where they made a very big mistake.
As the smoke from the fireworks prevented good visibility, when the fans saw a bus approaching, they started taunting PSG and pelted the vehicle with flares and stones.
But then they realized that they were shooting at their team bus, which was passing by at that moment, and instead of motivating the players, they probably scared some of them with this attack.
