One of the names expected to debut with the Albanian National Team under the orders of the new coach, Rolando Maran, is Luis Hasa. The Albanian youngster, after many years as part of the Italian youth teams, has decided to wear the red and black jersey.
Two months ago he made the switch from Italy to Albania, approved by FIFA, and is now waiting for his moment to wear the red and black jersey. Hasa, in an interview given to "Fanpage.it", spoke about his career, focusing on different moments, starting from his growth in the Juventus academy, as he approached the first team of the black and whites.
" I didn't spend much time there, unfortunately, but I remember the very strong emotions the few times I went in. When you pass by certain players on TV and then find yourself sitting next to them, your legs shake a little, it's inevitable. Since I was little, my idol has always been Cristiano Ronaldo, so seeing him up close was a great emotion, even though I only met him for a few seconds. There was a Christmas, when the first team players came to the dressing room to greet us academy players. I only managed to take a photo that I really appreciate, but I couldn't even whisper a word. If I were to meet him now? I would ask for his shirt. It would be a memory that I would cherish with all my heart. I know I don't give him much willingly, but I would definitely try .

"Who impressed me? There were so many great players, but if I had to mention one, also because of the similarity in position, I would say Dybala. He had infinite class, he could caress the ball," Hasa said of his time with the Juventus stars.
Then came the transfer to Lecce and then to Napoli, where he did not play, but became part of the celebration of the championship title won with Conte .
" That Napoli team was, and is, full of great champions, so you have the luxury of choice. The ones who impressed me the most, especially physically, were McTominay and Anguisa, who are really two giants, as well as undoubtedly excellent players. Anguisa, in particular, always gave me a lot of advice. He apparently liked my way of playing and often came to talk to me. He always told me not to hold the ball too much, to play with one or two touches at most. This was especially true in Serie A, where the opponents come and attack hard, but I tried to put it into practice this season too and I think the results are visible .

Impressions of Conte? His determination, the mentality with which he faces every match and his desire to always win. From this perspective, it is truly impressive. And then, of course, his extreme attention to the group as a whole, but also to each member of the squad, whether champions or new players coming from the Primavera. He treats everyone equally, makes everyone feel important. The title celebration? It was truly incredible. It is difficult to explain if you have not experienced it yourself. A kind of collective delirium that lasted days, weeks. A beautiful experience and a great emotion. Beyond the celebration, I was very happy to be able to share those moments with all my family, who had come to Naples for this occasion ”, said Hasa.

Then came the chapter on the National Team and the fact of why a player who had won the U19 European Championship with Italy, being named player of the tournament, chose to join Albania.
" Of course, it was a great joy for everyone. We were all in Malta and celebrated together. My parents made so many sacrifices so that I could fulfill my dream and seeing them so excited filled my heart."
I had some wonderful moments with Italy and it wasn't an easy decision, but we thought it was the right one for me and for the development of my career. Then I was born and raised in Italy, but Albanian blood flows in my veins. Even though my father has been in Italy for more than thirty years, and my mother for more than twenty, the connection with their homeland remains intact. So, seeing me play in an Albanian shirt would be a dream come true for them. I'm sure that, if it happened, I would see my father shed tears too, who has done everything he can to keep them, even in the most emotional moments .

My dream? Besides making my debut in the national team and seeing the emotions in my parents' eyes, my goal, sooner or later, is to play in Serie A. I've always been very close, but in the end, I never managed to debut ," said the youngest footballer of the Albanian National Team.
