The prestigious Spanish newspaper "Marca" has published an article analyzing the entire career of the coach of the Albanian National Team, Silvinjo. For the Brazilian, it is written that as a footballer he was not the main star, but he learned from the best and he is showing this in the direction of the Rossoneri.
" As a player, Silvinho was not a big star. He trained at Korinthias from where he made the jump to Europe. He was at Arsenal before coming to Spain where he played for Celta Vigo and later Barcelona, a team where he completed five seasons and won two European Cups. He would end his career a year later at Siti.
He had the opportunity to work with some of the best coaches. At Arsenal he was under the command of Arsene Wenger; at Barcelona he had Frank Riajkard and Pep Guardiola; to Selta to Lotina, Viktor Fernández and Antiç; while at Manchester City his coach was Roberto Mancini. A luxury teacher for his coaching career, as he himself has known. He would coincide with the Italian coach in his beginnings as a coach, being his assistant at Inter. As well as Tite's in Brazil.
Silvinjo has had the good fortune to know many different leagues that have enriched him for his work. But apart from his knowledge of football, Silvinjo is an excellent group manager, as he is demonstrating with the Albanian team. He is a very communicative person who has won the dressing room. He speaks four languages and that means he can communicate well with all the players.
He accepted the position of coach of Albania when he saw the potential the team had with players playing in major European leagues. And the result is there. But Silvinho is ambitious. A few weeks ago he was very clear in an interview for MARCA: "It's good to go to the European, but we want more and more ", writes the Spanish newspaper.
