The Commission of Discipline and Ethics at the Albanian Football Federation has come out with the decisions based on the last week of Albanian football.
KF Iliria has been fined 300,000 lek (new) due to the wrong behavior of the fans.
On the other hand, Lushnja's official Klaudian Dervishi is suspended for three matches because he provoked the fans.
Discipline and Ethics have recognized the complaint of coach Bledar Devolli, who has not yet received the payments from his former club, Luzi i Vogël. KDE gives 30 days to the Luz club to repay the former coach.
Full decisions of the Disciplinary Committee:
1- FK Iliria, for the wrong behavior of the spectators, throwing objects on the playing field, using pyrotechnic devices and insulting the opposing fans with insulting calls, based on articles 17/2/b, 17/2/c and 17 /2/h of KDE, is punished with a fine in the amount of 300,000 (three hundred thousand) ALL. According to article 76/1/b of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 20%.
2- The official of KF Lushnja, Klaudian Dervishi, for provoking the spectators, based on article 14/1/f of the KDE, is punished with 3 (three) match suspension from the activities.
3- The official of Albpetrol, Orges Çuko, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on article 14/1/j of KDE, is punished with 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
4- The player of FK Pogradeci U-19, Flavio Halilaj, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on article 14/1/j of KDE, is punished with 6 (six) matches suspension from activities.
5- The player of KF Shkodra, Aurelio Ujka, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards opposing players, based on article 14/1/b of the KDE, is punished with 4 (four) matches suspension from the activity.
6- The player of Shkëndija Tirana, Dervish Meta, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards opposing players, based on article 14/1/b of KDE, is punished with 4 (four) matches suspension from the activity.
7- The official of KF Lushnja U-15, Besmir Shurdhi, for violent behavior and threats to the match officials, based on articles 14/1/h and 14/1/k of KDE, is punished with 13 (thirteen) match suspension from the activities.
8- Accepting the request of the applicant Bledar Devolli. Luzi i Vogël 2008 Football Club, for failure to execute decision no. 11, dated 08.01.2024 of the National Chamber of Conflict Resolution, based on article 29/1/b of the KDE, a warning period of 30 (thirty) days is given to execute the decision.
9- S Pepa U-17, for abandoning the valid match of the First Category U-17, against Flamurtari FC U-17, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL and loses the table match with the result 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.
10- KF Tirana U-17, for non-fulfillment of obligations and responsibilities causing the abandonment of the valid match of Abissnet Superiore U-17, against KF Teuta U-17, based on article 16/1 of KDE, is punished with a fine in the amount 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL and loses the table match with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.
11- Dismissing the request of Tirana Young Stars as not based on the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
An appeal against the decision is allowed within 3 (three) days before the Appeals Committee.
