The Committee of Ethics and Discipline at the Albanian Football Federation announced today the decisions taken recently. From First Division teams to youth football, the Commission has not forgiven anyone.
The club of Lushnja was fined 200,000 (two hundred thousand) lek, for the wrong behavior of the spectators and throwing things on the field. There were also punishments for officials of Eagle Football, FK Osumi, FK Tepelena and the Skrapar club.
Decisions of the Disciplinary Committee:
KF Lushnja, for the wrong behavior of the spectators, throwing objects on the field of play as well as insulting and insulting the match officials, based on articles 17/2/b and 17/2/e of KDE, is punished with a fine in the amount 200,000 (two hundred thousand) ALL. Pursuant to Article 76/1/a of KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 50%.
The official of Eagle Football, Ermal Peca, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the officials of the opposing team, based on article 14/1/b of KDE, is punished with 4 (four) matches suspension from the activities.
The official of Eagle Football, Mariglen Menaj, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on Article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
The official of FK Osumi, Albano Korra, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with 4 (four) matches suspension from activities.
The player of FK Tepelena, Ardian Buxaj, for violent behavior towards opposing players, based on article 14/1/h of KDE, is punished with 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
The player of FK Skrapari, Elxhiano Memollari, for violent behavior towards the opposing players, based on article 14/1/h of KDE, is punished with 4 (four) matches suspension from activities.
The player of FK Skrapari, Erti Bregu, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
The player of KF Tirana U-17, Pavlo Mandreu, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards opposing players, based on article 14/1/b of KDE, is punished with 2 (two) match suspension from activities.
The player of KF Vllaznia U-17, Alevio Ndoj, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards opposing players, based on article 14/1/b of the KDE, is punished with 2 (two) match suspension from activities.
The official of the U-17 Football Academy, Jon Zajmi, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with a 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
The player of the U-17 Football Academy, Arlind Bushi, for attacking opposing players, based on article 14/1/i of the KDE, is punished with 6 (six) game suspension from activities.
The player of KF Vora U-17, Lorik Caka, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards opposing players, based on article 14/1/b of KDE, is punished with 3 (three) match suspension from activities.
Lojtari i KF Teuta U-19, Adi Kadrimi, për sulm ndaj lojtarëve kundërshtar, në bazë të nenit 14/1/i të KDE, dënohet me 5 (pesë) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.
Lojtari i KF Laçi U-19, Leidjon Kacorri, për sulm ndaj lojtarëve kundërshtar, në bazë të nenit 14/1/i të KDE, dënohet me 5 (pesë) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.
Zyrtari i FK Partizani U-17, Aldo Duro, për shkelje të rregullave themelore të sjelljes së mirë dhe sjellje të dhunshme gjatë zhvillimit të ndeshjes, në bazë të neneve 13/2/a dhe 14/1/h të KDE, dënohet me 6 (gjashtë) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë. Në zbatim të nenit 6/2/c të KDE, zyrtarit i ndalohet hyrja në të gjitha stadiumet, në veprimtaritë sportive të organizuara nga FSHF, deri në përfundim të dënimit.
Lojtari i AF Triumph U-19, Mateo Jakimi, për sulm ndaj lojtarëve kundërshtar, në bazë të nenit 14/1/i të KDE, dënohet me 5 (pesë) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.
Laberia SK U-17, për braktisjen e ndeshjes së vlefshme të kampionatit Kategoria e Parë U-17, kundër KF Shkodra U-17, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.
Flamurtari FC U-14, për braktisjen e ndeshjes së vlefshme të kampionatit Kategoria e Parë U-14, kunder Akademia e Futbollit U-14, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.
FC Autokton U-15, për braktisjen e ndeshjes së vlefshme të kampionatit Kategoria e Dytë, Zona Rajonale Tiranë, kundër FC Pasioni U-15, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.
FC Ali Demi U-13, për braktisjen e ndeshjes së vlefshme të kampionatit Kategoria e Dytë, Zona Rajonale Tiranë, kundër FC Selaci U-13, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.
Lojtari i Shkëndija Tiranë U-17, Jurgen Ceku, për sjellje të dhunshme ndaj lojtarëve kundërshtar, në bazë të nenit 14/1/h të KDE, dënohet me 4 (katër) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.
Zyrtari i Tirana Golden Boys B, U-13, Bujar Lubani, për sjellje josportive ndaj zyrtarëve të ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 14/1/j të KDE, dënohet me 4 (katër) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.
Lojtari i FK Kukësi, U-19,Emiljano Spahiu, për sjellje josportive ndaj zyrtarëve të ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 14/1/j të KDE, dënohet me 4 (katër) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.
Pranimin e kërkesës së lojtarit të Julton 5×5, Vilson Mziu, pezullimin e pjesës së mbetur të dënimit. Periudha e pezullimit me kusht, në zbatim të nenit 34/1 të KDE, do të jetë 6 (gjashtë) muaj.
