The Commission of Discipline and Ethics at the Albanian Football Federation has made public the decisions made for the last week in Albanian football. Numerous decisions starting from the Superior Category, the First Category and up to the football of the ages.
The director of Flamurtari, Alfred Ferko, has been sentenced to two match suspension due to protests against the match officials. While in Superiore, Skënderbeu was sentenced to a 50,000 ALL fine. There were warnings for Dinamo and Teuta.
Decisions of the Disciplinary Committee:
KF Skënderbeu, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by throwing things on the field of play, based on article 17/2/b of KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) ALL.
KF Teuta, based on article 6/1/a of the KDE, is warned that in case of repeating the wrong behavior of the spectators, it will be subject to the disciplinary measures provided by the Code of Sports Discipline and the Regulations of the AFL.
FC Dinamo City, based on article 6/1/a of the KDE, is warned that in case of repetition of the wrong behavior of the spectators, it will be subject to the disciplinary measures provided by the Code of Sports Discipline and the Regulations of the AFL.
KF Korabi, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by throwing things on the field of play, based on article 17/2/b of KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL. According to article 76/1/a of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 50%.
The official of Flamurtari FC, Alfred Ferko, for protesting against the decisions of the match officials, based on article 14/1/c of KDE, is punished with 2 (two) match suspension from activities.
The player of KF Devolli, Agudelo Gaviria Juan Diego, for provoking the spectators, based on article 14/1/f of the KDE, is punished with 2 (two) matches suspension from the activity.
KF Turbina, on the basis of Article 6/1/a of the KDE, is warned that in the event of repeated failure to take measures to implement the rules of the game, it will be subject to disciplinary measures provided by the Code of Discipline and Ethics and the Regulations of FFF.
The official of KF Shkumbini, Florent Hasbajrami, for protesting against the decisions of the match officials, based on article 14/1/c of KDE, is punished with 2 (two) match suspension from activities.
The player of FK Partizani U-14, Denian Avdylaj, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on article 14/1/j of KDE, is punished with 4 (four) matches suspension from activities.
The official of FC Kinostudio, Anjez Gjonpalaj, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on article 14/1/j of KDE, is punished with 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
The player of AF Elbasani U-17, Xhonatal Braho, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
The player of Vila L, Gersi Merepeza, for attacking opposing players, based on article 14/1/i of KDE, is punished with 6 (six) matches suspension from activities.
The player of Vila L, Armando Sharki, for attacking opposing players, based on article 14/1/i of the KDE, is punished with 6 (six) matches suspension from activities.
The player of FB Passion, Marseo Murata, for attacking opposing players, based on article 14/1/i of the KDE, is punished with 6 (six) matches suspension from activities.
KF Egnatia U-13, for non-fulfillment of obligations and responsibilities causing the abandonment of the valid match of the National Championship of the First Category U-13, against FC Pepa U-13, based on article 16/1 of KDE, is punished with a fine in the amount of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL and loses the table match with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.
Acceptance of the request of the player of Luzi Vogël 2008, Redon Laho, suspension of the remainder of the sentence. The period of conditional suspension, pursuant to article 34/1 of KDE, will be 6 (six) months.
The acceptance of the request of the player of KF Valbona, Elvis Kovaçi, the suspension of the remaining part of the sentence. The period of conditional suspension, pursuant to article 34/1 of KDE, will be 6 (six) months.
Dismissal of the request submitted by Mr. Donald Ismaili, as not based on facts and the relevant provisions of the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
An appeal against the decision is allowed within 3 (three) days before the Appeals Committee.
