Amir Abrashi has renewed his contract with Grasshopers for another season. Thus, the midfielder of the Albanian National Team will be part of the Swiss club until 2026.

" We are pleased to announce the extension of the contract with captain Amir Abrashi. The 34-year-old midfielder will stay with Zurich for another season ," writes the Grasshoppers club.

The captain of the club from Zurich has become a key point and the managers have no intention of letting him leave. The midfielder from Gjakova has been part of the white and blue since 2021, when he decided to leave the Germans of Freiburg for them.

Despite his age, the 34-year-old continues to shine in the Grasshoppers shirt. Often, Abrashi is the protagonist, giving performances of an extremely high level.
