The Kosovo national team achieved a historic result today, advancing to League B of the Nations League. The Dardanians defeated Iceland 1-3 in the return match played in Murcia, Spain, while four days earlier they had won 2-1 in Pristina.
In the return match, Kosovo's hero was Vedat Muriqi, who scored three goals in the 35th, 45+3 and 79th minutes.
With this hat-trick, he reaches 31 goals in 57 matches with the national team, becoming Kosovo's top scorer in history.
