Edi Martini will return to manage this week's match against Teuta in the championship. This was confirmed today by the Disciplinary Commission of the Albanian Football Association, which announced that the coach of the team from Shkodër has paid the fine for the two-week suspension, repaying half of it to enable his return to the Vllaznia bench.
Meanwhile, Partizan was punished with a hefty fine for fireworks in the stadium, while Elbasan director Elton Guranjaku was sentenced to 10 matches for threatening match officials.
What stood out in the punishments published today was a particular one that referred to a fan who was permanently banned from stadiums after the events in the Partizani-Vllaznia match.
Decisions of the Disciplinary and Ethics Committee of the Albanian Football Association dated 27.11.2025:
1- FK Partizani, for improper behavior of spectators, by lighting flares and other pyrotechnic devices, based on article 17/2/c of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) lek.
2- The official of AF Elbasani, Elton Guranjaku, for threatening match officials, based on article 14/1/k of the KDE is punished with a 10 (ten) match suspension from activity. In application of article 6/2/b of the KDE, the official is prohibited from entering the locker rooms and the interior of the stadium, until the end of the punishment.
3- KF Laçi official, Kleo Laska, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with a 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
4- AF Luftëtari, for not respecting the obligations and regulations of the activity causing delays during the match, based on articles 8/1 and 13/2/a of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) Lek. According to article 76/1/a of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 50%.
5- The official of KF Naftëtari, Eldison Kapo, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with a 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
6- The official of KF Gramshi, Andrit Bici, for attacking the players of the opposing team, based on article 14/1/i of the KDE, is sentenced to 8 (eight) matches of suspension from activities.
7- Adriatiku player, Ernest Gjoka, for attacking the opposing team's officials, based on article 14/1/i of the KDE, is sentenced to 4 (four) matches of suspension from activities.
8- KF Vora U-18 player, Ergi Lushaj, for violent behavior towards players of the opposing team, based on article 14/1/h of the KDE, is punished with a 3 (three) match suspension from activities.
9- The official of KF Skënderbeu U-18, Entjel Bilo, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with a 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
10- Acceptance of the request of the KF Vllaznia official, Edi Martini, for the conversion of the remaining part of the sentence, based on article 75 of the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
11-Acceptance of the request of the KF Maliqi player, Enrik Agolli, to suspend the remaining part of the sentence. The period of conditional suspension, pursuant to article 34/1 of the KDE, will be 6 (six) months.

The Disciplinary and Ethics Commission, after being acquainted with the report of the Technical Secretariat, the correspondence with the Tirana Local Police Directorate regarding the acts of violence in the "Abissnet Superiore" championship match FK Partizani-KF Vllaznia held on 23.11.2025 at 16:30 at the Partizani Complex, where violations of the legal provisions of Article 48 et seq. of Law 79/2017 "On Sports" were found, as well as after reviewing the submitted documentation and discussing the issues in their entirety based on Article 59 et seq. of the KDE
DECIDED:
1. To prohibit the citizen Artur Xhemal Alibashi from entering football stadiums of the Republic of Albania where activities organized by the Albanian Football Association take place for an unlimited period of time.
2. Based on Article 7 of the KDE, all members of the Albanian Football Association (AFHA) who have football stadiums under their administration are instructed to guarantee the implementation of this decision.
3. A copy of this decision shall be forwarded to the State Police.
