Dani Alvesh is officially free, although his release is conditional. The former Brazilian defender has been behind bars since January 2023.

After spending a total of 14 months and 5 days in prison, the Brazilian footballer, sentenced to 4 and a half years for the rape of a woman in the bathrooms of the Suton bar in December 2022, has already passed the door of the Penitentiary Center in Brians, after the court granted him release temporary conditional.

Alvesh paid 1 million euros to be released on bail, while the first images from the moment of his release have come out. The Brazilian will stay in Barcelona where he will answer any possible summons from the court and the Spanish police.
