The Commission of Discipline and Ethics clarified the last 22 decisions that were taken today. The warning for Dinamo stands out, since the request of "Infinity Sports" has been accepted. The Blues are given a deadline of 30 days for the execution of decision no. 14 dated 15.03.2024 of the National Dispute Resolution Chamber. The focus is on violence in youth and junior football. We remember that during this time, professional football was on a break, with the exception of the first round in the Cup, because of the Albanian National Team.
AFF decisions taken today, October 17, 2024:
1- The player of KF Naftëtari, Nikolas Karakashi, for attacking the opposing players, based on article 14/1/i of KDE, is punished with 8 (eight) matches suspension from activities.
2-The player of KF Pogradeci U-19, Kleart Grazhdani, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with 4 (four) matches suspension from activities.
3- The player of KS Besa U-21, Kleis Elezi, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with 4 (four) matches suspension from activities.
4-FK Apolonia U-21, for not respecting the obligations and regulations of the activity causing delays during the match, based on articles 8/1 and 13/2/a of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL . Pursuant to article 76/1/e of the Code of Civil Procedure, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
5-KF Lushnja U-15, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by throwing things on the playing field and endangering the safety of the match officials, based on articles 17/1, 17/2/b and 17/2/h of KDE is punished with a fine of 300,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL. Pursuant to article 76/1/e of the Code of Civil Procedure, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
6-The official of KF Lushnja U-15, Marjol Miho, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on Article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with 6 (six) matches suspension from activities.
7-The player of FC Valter, Juled Pataloku, for violent behavior towards opposing players, based on Article 14/1/i of KDE, is punished with 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
8- FC Tigers player, Daniel Muçaku, for violent behavior towards opposing players, based on article 14/1/i of KDE, is punished with 4 (four) matches suspension from activities.
9-The player of Kastriotët, Erind Lleshi, for offensive behavior and threats to the officials of the match, based on articles 13/2 and 14/1/k of KDE, is punished with 12 (twelve) matches suspension from activities.
10-The Elso Team player, Tedi Brahimaj, for attacking opposing players, based on Article 14/1/i of the KDE, is punished with 8 (eight) game suspension from activities.
11-The Elso Team player, Rudens Porja, for attacking opposing players, based on Article 14/1/i of the KDE, is punished with 8 (eight) match suspension from activities.
12-The Elso Team player, Leonard Balliu, for attacking opposing players, based on article 14/1/i of the KDE, is punished with 8 (eight) game suspension from activities.
13-Elso Team player, Orges Hilaj, for attacking opposing players, based on Article 14/1/i of KDE, is punished with 8 (eight) matches suspension from activities.
14-The player of AFA 9X9, Loel Pirko, for attacking opposing players, based on Article 14/1/i of the KDE, is punished with 8 (eight) matches suspension from activities.
15-The player of AFA 9X9, Emil Rusi, for attacking opposing players, based on article 14/1/i of the KDE, is punished with 8 (eight) games suspension from activities.
16-AFA 9X9 player, Çlirim Shkreta, for attacking opposing players, based on article 14/1/i of KDE, is punished with 8 (eight) matches suspension from activities.
17-AFA 9X9 player, Idriz Islami, for attacking opposing players, based on article 14/1/i of KDE, is punished with 8 (eight) matches suspension from activities.
18-The player of AFA 9X9, Endrit Boshnjaku, for attacking opposing players, based on article 14/1/i of KDE, is punished with 8 (eight) matches suspension from activities.
19-KF Shënkolli U-16, for the activation of a player who did not have the right to play in the valid match of Abissnet Superiore U-16, against KF Vllaznia U-16, based on articles 19/2 and 19/4/ a of KDE, loses the table match with the result 3-0.
20-KF Turbina U-16, for the activation of players who did not have the right to play in the match valid for the National Championship of the First Category U-16, against KF Shkodra U-16, based on articles 19/2 and 19 /4/a of KDE, loses the table match with the result 3-0.
21-Acceptance of the request of the applicant Infinity Sports. Football Club Dinamo City sh.a, for failure to execute decision no. 14 dated 15.03.2024 of the National Dispute Resolution Chamber, based on article 29/1/b of the KDE, a warning period of 30 (thirty) days is given to execute the decision.
22-Acceptance of the request of Prestige MFC player, Kliton Kodhelaj, suspension of the remainder of the sentence. The period of conditional suspension, pursuant to article 34/1 of KDE, will be 6 (six) months.
An appeal against the decision is allowed within 3 (three) days before the Appeals Committee".
