The match between Albania and England had little significance in terms of the result, as both teams have already known their fate in the 2026 World Cup qualifiers. With a simple calculation based on the prices for sectors and the capacity of different sectors that are usually put up for sale by the Albanian Football Association, according to the calculations of "Panorama Sport", it turns out that around 169,498,000 lek have been collected. A figure that comes from just over 20 thousand tickets that are usually put up for sale by the Albanian Football Association (including the friend sectors). The rest are administered directly by the football institution without being put on the market and of course there is colossal income from them.
The estimate is a little more than 2000 tickets priced at 2500 lekë, almost 11 thousand tickets at 3500 lekë, over 5800 tickets at 9000 lekë, almost 2000 tickets at 15000 lekë, 500 tickets at 25000 and 40000 lekë, and 198 tickets at 50000 lekë. As we pointed out, there are various tickets that have not been put on sale by the Albanian Football Association in different sectors, or even an entire sector such as VIP, whose tickets are usually those with untouchable prices since there are only 13 of them.
Thus, for a little more than 20 thousand tickets calculated at their prices, it turns out that the Albanian Football Association, which announced the stadium as "sold out" at the beginning of the week, has collected around 1.75 million euros. If you add the value of the difference that then leads to the capacity of around 22 thousand seats of the stadium, you clearly understand that the collections approach, and perhaps exceed 2 million euros from tickets alone. That is enough to make this the most expensive match in the history of football in our country by a significant margin from any other match./Panorama Sport
