Igli Tare is one of the favourites to take over as AC Milan's sporting director. His name has been circulating in the Italian media following his meeting with the club's management.
Former Italian player, now sports director, Balxareti, has stated that both Tare and Paratici are two names he respects the most. According to him, Tare is an even stronger character, who also knows how to track down talents.
" The directors I've seen mentioned are Igli Tare and Fabio Paratici.
I know both of them very well and I have great respect for them. They are both directors who will obviously bring in coaches with whom they already have some kind of relationship, either they have worked together before, or they have built a relationship in recent months.
But they are clearly two professionals who work on both fronts. They are both talent scouts, but they also live the daily routine of the team very closely.
"I think that in terms of character, Igli is an even stronger person. You can tell just by looking at him from the outside ," declared Federico Balxareti.
