The Albanian National Football Team and the FFL have been involved in a sexual scandal. The German media have published a strong article today, where it is reported that the Dortmund prosecutor's office has started investigations into the sexual abuse of an 18-year-old woman, who worked in the complex where the Albanian national team rested during their stay in Germany, in the group stage of Euro 2024.
The young woman was an employee of the hotel where the national team was staying and she claims that a member of the staff, whom the German media describes as a supervisor of the national team, took her into the kitchen and sexually abused her. Investigations continue, as the AFL is said to have suspended the 26-year-old.
But who is the young man who risks ruining the image of the Albanian national team? Why did the AFL keep this event a secret? According to the German media, the act took place on June 23, before the match with Spain. So nearly 20 days have passed and the scandal has been hidden.
According to "Pamflet" sources, the 26-year-old is an important name within the AFL. It is suspected that he has a relationship with a member of the Parliament of Albania and this is the reason why the scandal was tried to be hidden.
The German media describes him as a supervisor, but it is suspected that he is a video analyst. The AFL should shed light on this event, because if it turns out to be true, it is a big mark for the institution itself and the national team.
