Elite Youth Development Academy held a special educational and motivational activity, welcoming two former Albanian National Team players, Taulant Xhaka and Jurgen Gjasula, on a visit aimed at sharing experiences and inspiring the new generation of footballers.
During this afternoon, Xhaka and Gjasula engaged in an open conversation with the academy players, where they shared stories from their professional careers, focusing on key moments, challenges faced, and the importance of continuous dedication at every stage of sports development.
Former national team players emphasized the importance of the correct mentality, discipline, and daily work, encouraging young people to make the most of the training and educational processes offered by the Elite Youth Development Academy.
The visit was not limited to the theoretical aspect, as Taulant Xhaka and Jurgen Gjasula spent several hours with the boys, participating in various sports activities and games, as well as accompanying them in the daily routine of the academy. This created a closer bond and an authentic experience, where the young players had the opportunity to learn firsthand through example.
This initiative reinforces the mission of the Elite Youth Development Academy and the Albanian Football Federation to invest not only in the sports development, but also in the human formation of young footballers, by bringing together with them figures who have represented Albanian football with dignity at high levels.
