Germany won Saturday 2-0 against Denmark at "Signal Iduna Park" and secured a ticket to the quarter-final stage of "EURO 2024". The evening was not so smooth for the umpires and players, with rain and lightning interrupting the game for 24 minutes.
But this was not the only obstacle for the match to continue normally. The start of the second half was delayed because an unknown masked person with a backpack had climbed onto the roof of the stadium.
" A person climbed onto the roof of the stadium at 22:27. Police forces spoke to the person to ensure passage from the roof. To do this, the police helicopter illuminated the roof of the stadium. At the moment, I cannot provide information about the motive and identity of this man ," German police spokesman Peter Banderman said on Saturday, "Kicker" reports.

A day later, German media reported the police as a 21-year-old man from Osnabrück, a town north of Dortmund. He was arrested, while the police emphasized that "at no time was there any danger to other people".
Photographers captured the moment when the captains of Germany and Denmark, Ilkai Gyndoğan and Kasper Shmajkell, looked towards the roof of the Dortmund stadium with referee Oliver and followed the police action.
??????????????? | After the end of the game between Germany and Denmark, several men from the Spezialeinsatzkommando (German special forces) mobilized at Signal Iduna Park. The reason was a person at the stadium.
