The head of the Albanian Democratic Union, one of the Albanian parties in Montenegro, Meto Zenka has spoken about the rape of 3 young Albanians.
In an interview for "News 24", he said that after the serious event, the political force he leads reacted in all the country's media and appealed for the discovery of the truth.
Zenka emphasized that according to the information he has, there were 7 Serbian militants who attacked the Albanian youth, meanwhile he says that 3 of them have been arrested.
According to him, this was not a banal incident, but a deliberate attack that expresses the hatred of the Serbs, who, after seeing the Albanian symbols on the vehicle of the young people, started the provocations and then the physical attack against them.
"We reacted in all the media in Montenegro and appealed for the discovery of the truth. According to our information, the 3 Albanian boys who said they were raped by 7 or 8 Serbian militants, we confirmed that they were 7 people, 3 of whom have been arrested and 4 are being sought.
I have also contacted the Montenegrin Prime Minister, who gave an order for the immediate clarification of the incident. The police arrived quickly and it is expected that the wanted persons will be arrested by tomorrow.
Usually these people are militants of Serbian politics.
It is not a banal incident, but it was something intentional to express the hatred of Serbian youths wearing Serbian uniforms who, as soon as they saw Albanian registrations and license plates, started provocations and attacked Albanian youths.
Day by day we witness pro-Serbian calls against the minorities in Montenegro, sometimes even physical attacks. The Prime Minister has asked for measures to be taken against the perpetrators of violence, but the concern is the presentation of this case as a traffic incident. They were walking, the Serbian militants, and then they provoked the Albanians and attacked them ," he said.
