January 21, original audio recording filed with SPAK; who gave the order
Journalist Artan Hoxha and footage from January 21, 2011

Journalist Artan Hoxha has filed with SPAK a material that may shed more light on what is known as the state crime of January 21, 2011.

Hoxha has filed an original audio recording, while SPAK has been investigating for several months to shed light on one of the most serious events of the last two decades, where during an opposition (PS) demonstration, which precipitated into acts of violence, 4 protesters were killed.

It is now up to SPAK to decide on the authenticity of the audio and then move on to other procedures that may serve the investigation.

A few months ago, in one of the television appearances, journalist Hoxha, while providing details about the recording, said that the order given to carry out the killings was 'blood, blood', while adding that the four murders of the protesters were carried out in 8 seconds.

" Basha comes out to the radio codes. It's a code for talking about it. I identified the codes one by one, there are some lions, diamond, 77, korabi, 220... those who have had it know who I'm talking about. The murders were done on orders. How was the recording done? It wasn't done by tapping the central unit, but by tapping the commander of the Guard.

It was recorded and it is the commander's communications with the chain of command. When the shots come, the killings are committed in 8 seconds. From the moment the order 'blood, blood' is given, that is the order. The next order was 'cease fire', it only lasted 8 seconds. If it had lasted longer, it would have been a massacre ," Hoxha explained a few months ago.
