On Monday, our country will be affected by mainly unstable weather conditions.
According to the Military Meteorological Service, the weather is forecasted from the first hours of the 24-hour period until noon with medium to dense cloudiness, while after noon cloudy weather with occasional intervals of clearing mainly along the western lowlands.
Rainfall is expected to be present from the first 24 hours until the afternoon hours, with occasional moderate intensity in most parts of the country.
In the short term, these precipitations are expected in the form of thunderstorms. After noon, light and local rainfall will occur mainly along the mountainous terrain of the country. In the Alps area, northeast above 700-800 meters and southeast at altitudes above 800-900 meters, low-intensity and locally moderate snowfalls are expected.
The wind will blow from the southeast-east, with an average speed of 7 m/s, along the coastline and in valley areas with speeds of up to 14 m/s.
The sea wave strength is predicted to be 2-3 force.
Temperatures will be several degrees above zero throughout the country.
