Muhamet Rrumbullaku, former Director General of the State Police, appeared at SPAK this afternoon.
It is learned that Rrumbullaku was summoned by SPAK in the capacity of a person who has knowledge regarding the January 21 file.
At that time, Rrumbullaku held the position of Deputy Director General of the State Police. In the framework of the investigations for January 21, Ndrea Prendi, the former commander of the Republic Guard, and Lulzim Basha, the former Minister of Interior, appeared at SPAK at different times.
