In the Assembly of the SP on September 8, 2024, Prime Minister Edi Rama attacked the media that discovered and published the police scandal, in the concealment of evidence of the murder of Egli Proga in Pogradec, by the fine patron Denis Meçe, the son of the sister of the leader of the SP, former -Director at Albanian Water and Post Office.
He tried to deny the fact that the power structures of the SP in Pogradec and in every area are filled with traffickers, thieves, robbers and fine payers who terrorize and kill while protecting themselves from the government, but he also tried to clean up the police scandal that he is hiding evidence of criminals.
About Pogradec's murder, he spoke for 15 minutes with embarrassment and trepidation in the SP Assembly, calling it a "media lie", and even attacked the Korca Prosecutor's Office, when the truth is known by all the residents of Pogradec.
Babloku said: - The news spread that the perpetrator of the crime has political protection, because one of his uncles is a high exponent of the SP in Pogradec; but this is a lie, because the murderer Denis Meçe did not have and does not have any connection with SP; while his uncle Valter Gora, was once part of us, then convicted for abuse of office and has nothing to do with SP or public funds.
The people say: - "The most refined lie lasts 40 days"; but Prime Minister Edi Rama's lie in the SP Assembly, regarding the murderer of Pogradec, Denis Meçe and his uncle Valter Gora, lasted only 5 days.
We are proving this lie with the official document, which proves that Valter Gora, the uncle of Pogradec's killer, not only has close ties with the SP as a leader in its structures and is involved in the campaign; but on September 13, just 5 days after Babloku's denial in the SP Assembly, he received a tender from the Municipality of Pogradec.
It was given by the mayor of SP, Ilir Xhakolli, for the purchase of a public service vehicle; specifically, an auto-crane with a bin, with an offer of 99.99% of the limit fund, without requesting the data and documents of the origin of this vehicle, when it is known that Valter Gora has been sentenced to prison for trafficking and buying and selling stolen cars, at the Waterworks of Pogradec when he was director.
In this tender, the convicted leader of the SP in Pogradec, Valter Gora, used the company "TechnoLux", owned by Kosovar Drilon Zajmi from Gjakova, which supplies the "Gora Oil" points of sale with fuel, gas and oils smuggled from Macedonia; points of sale that Valter Gora does not have registered in the National Business and Tax Center.
The Prime Minister lied when he said that the murderer Denis Meçe had no connection with the PS and the government administration, when in reality he was and is a specialist in the Pogradec Waterworks, employed by his uncle Valter Gora when he was director.
We clarify that Valter Gora, during the "Rama" government, received 10 million Euro tenders without competition from the Municipality of Pogradec and other local institutions, as he continues to receive from the mayor Ilir Xhakolli, even after the prime minister lied, that he has no connection with SP and public funds./ Pamphlet
