The Democratic Party has reacted to the serious incident at SPAK, where 63-year-old Pal Trashaj poisoned himself with phototoxin.
DP said that the suicide in front of SPAK of Pal Trashaj after problems with microcredits should be investigated as a murder in order to bring to justice those responsible who ignored him over the years by not giving him justice.
Through a statement, the DP says that the 63-year-old Trashaj poisoned himself before the new justice, while they shoot at the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, who they say is becoming a murderer.
"Pal Trashaj, an Albanian citizen, son, father, brother, ended his life by poisoning himself after being poisoned by the disregard, contempt and arrogance of the Albanian state and the so-called "new justice". Trampled for four years in the justice system for abuses of banks and bailiffs, he turned to SPAK in the hope that he would find a solution in the institution which, according to commissioned surveys, enjoys the trust of Albanians.
For months on end, he has been ignored, and the SPAKU of Duman has neither heard him, nor accepted the lawsuit, nor forwarded it to the Prosecutor's Office. Faced with the loss of property and exhausted by the inability to find justice, Pal Trashaj, 63 years old, committed suicide at the doors of the Special Prosecutor's Office.
He thus becomes the first martyr of SPAK's arrogance. This is the next shame of SPAK-Duman who accepts a lawsuit from the political assassin on commission and leaves the poor citizen Pal Trashaj behind the door. Political lawsuits are the order of Renaissance, while Pal Trashaj's trampling is just the next injustice in the series of attacks on the opposition, from its leader to the simplest protester.
Pal Trashaj was the chairman of the PD of Lezha in the period 2007 and 2009 and we convey our sincere condolences to the family. The Democratic Party will not stop the war when the Rilindja and Spak of its tools, which see the Albanian citizens as left or right, red or blue. Shame on Altin Dumani who, like the other Dumani, is becoming a contract killer. We urgently ask the Prosecutor's Office to open a case for the murder of Pal Trashaj and to bring those responsible to the dock," said Balliu.
