Prime Minister Edi Rama gave the only speech at the tributes in honor of the colossus of Albanian literature, Ismail Kadare.
Rama said that from the first moment that Kadare's death was announced, endless messages with proposals for the place where the great Albanian writer would be laid to rest arrived in his inbox.
Rama said that Kadare did not like gatherings, speeches, and that he would have a lot of fun with the proposals to bury him in Martyrs of the Nation, near the Frashëri brothers (idea proposed by the journalist, Blendi Fevziu) or in the cemetery of martyrs in Kosovo.

We remind you that after the news of the death of Ismail Kadare, the journalist Blendi Fevziu has called on the Commission that will deal with the funeral ceremony of Ismail Kadare, that the writer be buried next to the brothers Frashëri and Faik Konica in the monumental cemetery of Lake Park.
