Altin Dumani, head of SPAK, was asked during the session in the Albanian Parliament whether or not there are investigations regarding Olsi Rama, the brother of Prime Minister Edi Rama, regarding the Xibraka laboratory.
Dumani said that investigations into that matter have been closed as no evidence was found proving his involvement in drug trafficking.

Did you intend to identify the person who had been unidentified for 10 years, the 45-year-old person. If you intended to identify him, why didn't you call Balla to ask him who said this publicly? If Balla knows, why don't you know? Have you launched an investigation into this?
Altin Dumani : This has to do with the Xibraka laboratory and Balliu refers to a SPAK investigation into the possible involvement of Olsi Rama in drug trafficking. SPAK resumed the investigations, carried out the necessary actions and ultimately concluded with the suspension of the investigations because the perpetrators of the criminal offense were not discovered and the investigations have been transferred to the State Police for further prosecution.
