JOQ has published a photo of Mrs. Krifca, who is being followed by her second husband, DJ Erti Lutaj, a beneficiary of public assets and money after she began to live with the 'grass' of agriculture. The appearance of one of the emblems of elite corruption in the most luxurious resort in Albania is a challenge for SPAK and public opinion.
The minimum price for a night at this hotel for a family of four starts at 700 euros with breakfast and goes up to 1,100 euros with breakfast and dinner. The luxurious vacation continues without any worries, and it is even said that Krifca frequents a secluded private beach next to the resort, away from the public eye.
The citizen who filed the complaint expresses ironically that Frida has worked hard for this day, while public opinion is powerless in the face of the silence of the institutions. Instead of investigation and transparency, Albanians are faced with the image of a former official accused of corruption who enjoys luxury on the sweat of citizens and the funds of poor farmers.

Frida Krifca's second husband, dubious wealth
Erti Lutaj, who has worked as a DJ, but is also rumored to have 'other jobs', is the current husband of former Minister of Agriculture, Frida Krifca. Lutaj became a businessman after starting to live with Mrs. Krifca. The couple owns a fortune worth hundreds of millions of euros with dubious sources.
The declared assets are 1 store worth 160 thousand USD, 100% owned by her; 1 suite in Kodra e Diellit in Tirana worth 223 thousand Euros and a surface area of 149 m2; savings outside the bank worth 8 million lek; bank account 17 thousand USD.
He bought a house for 130 thousand, with a loan for 10 years, against a monthly installment of 1340 Euros; and another house for 110 thousand Euros, with another loan of 107 thousand Euros for 13.5 years and a monthly installment of 805 Euros, when his monthly salary was and is 1300 Euros.

Bashkëshorti Erti Lutaj ka 5 biznese, të hapur në vitet 2019-2022, kur Frida Krifca ishte Drejtore e AZHBR dhe Ministre Bujqësie, për të cilët nuk ka dorëzuar bilance në tatime, por vetëm si “Person Fizik” thotë se ka 13 milionë lekë të ardhura.
Bizneset e tij janë “Tirana Media Lab”, “Lucom Projects”, “Lusaku” në ortakëri 50% me një shtetas nga Zvicra. Në muajin tetor 2020, kur Frida Krifca ishte Drejtore e AZHBR, deklaron se bashkëshorti i saj Erti Lutaj ka blerë edhe 3000 mijë m2 tokë arë në Farkë me çmim 10 Euro/m2, duke e bërë 11 mijë m2 tokë në total, ndërsa në dhjetor 2020 deklaron se ka shtuar 35 milionë lekë.
Pas njohjes me Frida Krifcën, DJ Erit i buzëqeshi fati dhe iu hapën shumë porta. Ai nisi të fusë duart në pronat dhe paratë publike. Aty ku shfaqej ndonjë pengesë, e zgjite Frida me një telefonatë ose mesazh të koduar.
Me kompaninë Lucom Projects, Erti Lutaj ka marrë 110 mijë euro para publike, por qindra mijëra euro dyshohet se i ka përfituar përmes nënkontraktimeve si rrjedhojë e ndikimit korruptiv të Krifcës.

Endri Ikonomi ishte administrator i kompanisë Credit 2 ALL. Kjo kompani sipas regjistrimit është krijuar në vitin 2017 nga një kompani qipriote, e cila një vit më vonë e shiti kompaninë për llogari të shtetasit rist Oleg Boyko, me pasaportë italiane që jeton në Zvicër.
Pronari i kompanisë Credit 2 ALL, oligarku rus Oleg Boyko është pjesë e listës së zezë së SHBA.Biznesmeni 60-vjeçar rus Oleg Viktorovich Boyko raportohet të ketë një pasuri prej 1.3 miliardë dollarë. Një raport inteligjence i Senatit të SHBA e citon oligarkun rus Oleg Boyko si person “Me lidhje shqetësuese me qeverinë ruse, inteligjencën dhe shërbimet e sigurisë së Rusisë dhe me lidhje me krimin e organizuar”.
Figurat e krimit e korrupsionit morën fondet e BE për bujqësinë
Fondet e akorduara nga Bashkimi Evropian dhe taksapaguesit shqiptarë për bujqësinë kanë përfunduar në duart e bosëve të krimit dhe drogës, oligarkëve, sekserëve, familjarëve të politikanëve etj., ndërsa fermerët e vërtetë kanë mbetur duarbosh.
Kjo është arsyeja se pse Brukseli njoftoi Shqipërinë për ndërprerjen e këtyre fondeve, pas një raporti të Zyrës Europiane kundër Mashtrimit, OLAF, institucion që heton dyshimet për abuzime me fondet e Bashkimit Europian.
Hetimet trevjeçare të OLAF nxitën Komisionin Evropian që të pezullonte në mesin e korrikut programin më të rëndësishëm të ndihmës për bujqësinë në Shqipëri, për shkak të dyshimeve për korrupsion.
