In today's protest of the opposition at the headquarters of the Parliament of Albania, there was a clash between the police and guards with the deputies of the DP.
In the show 'Te Paespozuarit', journalist Andi Tela said that today's protest had several elements, from preventing the deputies from entering the assembly, to the use of the police against the deputies.
" Today, there are three elements in the opposition protest. By banning the opposition MPs who were not expelled and suffered to enter. They passed after 30 minutes and did not let the guards go. One of the opposition deputies threw a liquid in the parliament hall and Spiropali said it was gasoline. The images of the guard surrounding the MP and squeezing her should be used by the opposition in the international offices.
Another element was the Minister of the Interior in the hall and the way he interprets that there is arson going on here, we will collect evidence, etc., even though he is not an MP, but an appointee. And the next moment when a group of policemen accompanying the opposition representatives who were protesting at the municipality of Tirana came to the door of the assembly. There was a clash between the deputies and the police when the police should not enter the assembly. There is no response as to how the police found themselves in front of the opposition MPs.
The opposition said that the police had weapons, when that was not the case and the way the PD continues to manage this is fake news. The police had no weapons. It's like the story that the majority used with the story of that woman who allegedly gave birth in the car because it was blocked by the opposition protest, when it wasn't the case and she gave birth in the maternity ward ," said Tela.
