Argita Malltezi, the daughter of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, considered the SPAK file for the privatization of the former Partizani complex as a big lie.
Berisha and Jamarbër Malltezi, the son-in-law of the former Prime Minister, have been charged by SPAK, precisely in connection with the Partizani complex.
But Malltezi, clarifying the procedures, said that there are stratospheric lies in the SPAK file.
" The owner families have requested the return of the property since 1994. The 1996 law provided for the return of up to 5,000 meters of property, and the demands were exhausted after they received the property at the former exhibition Albania Today, the home of the Hungarians and where they had it. In 2004, the Nano Government removed the restriction and then the owner families started the search for the return of the properties ", said Malltezi for the show "Open" on News24.
She said that it was not Prime Minister Berisha who took the former Partizani complex out of the crack in the spread of the Ministry of Defense's properties.
