The "Ismaili" charter is designed as Edi Rama's private "air suite": with bedroom and massage, bathtub, dining room, billiards and 13 passenger seats; that's why he traveled with the plane "Migjeni", to take with him 130 ministers, deputies, mayors, beauties, singers, journalists and entertainers, while 3000 employees of the administration traveled from the ground...
The pulpit revealed the number of soufflés that the government gave to the administration employees who forcibly took them to Edi Rama's rally in Athens.
But he did not "reveal" an obvious detail, on the plane in which he traveled with 130 ministers, deputies, mayors, beautiful singers, journalists and entertainers.
Unlike the 5 years, when Babloku went to Macedonia, Montenegro and Kosovo with the "Ismaili" charter, rented by the "Air Albania" company on behalf of the government, he went to Athens with the "Migjeni" plane.
The "Ismaili" charter, which is paid for by the government and used personally and privately only by Edi Rama, his family and friends, ministers, directors and his favorite clients, was not defective, but he traveled with the plane "Migjeni" for a single reason.
The "Ismaili" charter does not have seats for many travelers, because it is designed as Edi Rama's private "air suite", with a massage room, bathtub, dining area and billiards court.
According to Contract No. 463/1, dated January 30, 2020, with the leasing company, it turns out that until December 2022, the "Ismaili" charter had 32 passenger seats, while now it has 13 seats, since the rest has become a billiards environment.
The plane "Migjeni" is for mass passengers, that's why Babloku used it to take with him 130 ministers, deputies, mayors, beauties, singers, journalists, entertainers, while nearly 3000 administration employees traveled from the ground in buses and cars.
So, the trip with the "Migjeni" plane and not with the "Ismaili" plane proved the accusations that Babloku completed and uses the "Ismaili" plane as a private charter paid for by Albanian taxes, with a flight cost of 19,000 Euros/hour. , in addition to flight attendants, insurance fees, airline and airport lodging fees and service charges.

The contract for renting the charter was signed on January 30, 2020, between the Council of Ministers represented by the Director of Government Services, Dhurata Frashëri, and the company "Air Albania", represented by the Turkish director Sinan Dilek.
We recall that in the Rama-Berisha bazaar on March 5, 2024, it was agreed that the charter scandal should not be included in the parliamentary investigative commissions set up by the SP and Foltorja./ Pamphlet
