Analyst Preç Zogaj made a strong statement on the "3D" show on RTSH yesterday evening (October 15), where he declared that the Special Prosecutor's Office will crack down on electoral crime.
Zogaj said that SPAK will undertake a new initiative in December of this year, as he considered it a "strong bet" by the Special Prosecutor's Office because it also carries the risk of failure.
"In Albania, recently, SPAK has arrested an important part, or is looking for them or has arrested them, of several gangs that also acted as electoral gangs. They are nominally known, they were gangs of buying and selling votes, gangs of terrorizing people. SPAK has warned that in December it will come up with a strategy for the fight against election crime. So he takes over, it's not a statement, he takes over something that nobody has been able to do so far. It will build a strategy that we don't know how it will be, but it will take over either success or failure, SPAK has made a strong bet", said Zogaj.
